The Providence Village Town Council worked for several months to complete the process establishing enforceable ordinances, including creating a municipal court and authorizing Denton County Sheriff’s deputies to cite violators. All approved ordinances are now enforceable and tickets with possible fines will be issued.

A temporary building has been set up to serve as municipal court and town offices. Town Council meetings will also be held there at a later date. The address is 1745 F.M. 2931, next to Kid’s Corral. Initial office hours are limited to Wednesdays from 1:00-4:00pm and the second and fourth Mondays from 8:00am-noon.
